Visit by Ambassador of Finland, H.E. Mrs Kirsti Narinen

Today, on the 5th June 2017, the Baltic Defence College was honoured by the visit of H.E. Mrs Kirsti Narinen, the Ambassador of Finland to Estonia, accompanied by CDR Jussi Voutilainen, Defence Attaché of Finland to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The delegation was welcomed by the Commandant Major General Andis Dilāns, Colonel Axel Pfaffenroth, the Chief of Staff and Colonel (ret) Dr Zdzislaw Sliwa, the Dean of the College.

The guests enjoyed an Office Call with Major General Dilāns followed by a brief providing an overview of the College’s history, mission, courses and research activities. The visit ended with a tour of BALTDEFCOL´s premises led by the College Sergeant Major Peeter Einbaum.
