Visit by Dr. Robert Hamilton and COL Parker Frawley from United States Army War College

On 13th of February 2019, Dr. Robert Hamilton and COL Parker Frawley from the Department of National Security and Strategy at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) visited the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) to discuss future educational cooperation.

The pair met with COL Jean Trudel, Deputy Commandant / Chief of Staff,to learn about the history and overall mission of the BALTDEFCOL, and with course directors from both the Joint Command and General Staff Course and Higher Command Studies Course to coordinate for future engagements and educational opportunities between the two institutions.
