JOB TITLE: Curriculum Developer and Coordinator
LOCATION: Tartu, Estonia
SALARY: €36,000-€45,000 per annum (gross)
CONTRACT: Indefinite duration

The goal of the position is to contribute to the curriculum development and execution of BALTDEFCOL courses as well as to develop and coordinate quality assurance and feedback systems.

I MAIN DUTIES

1. Contributes to and coordinates the planning and execution of all BALTDEFCOL courses.
2. Provides didactic and methodological support to the development of courses and respective modules/electives.
3. Develops and coordinates the standard for the feedback system and monitors its implementation.
4. Develops and coordinates the quality assurance standard; monitors its implementation.
5. Fulfils the duties as a member of the Quality Management Team.
6. Coordinates BALTDEFCOL contribution to NATO DEEP.
7. Provides information and contributes to different external and internal engagements in respective area.

II QUALIFICATIONS

1. An advanced academic degree;
2. Experience in the planning of curriculum and course plans;
3. Experience within the NATO PME system and/or NATO DEEP network;
4. English (Proficient User: C1 or a comparable language performance profile).
