Visit by Delegation of Higher NCO Course of Latvian National Armed Forces NCO School

On 30th of May, the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) hosted a visit by the Delegation of the Higher NCO Course of the Latvian National Armed Forces Non-Commissioned Officer’s (NCO) School led by Major Dainis Balodis, Chief of Training Section. The guests were welcomed by Colonel Jean Trudel, Deputy Commandant/Chief of Staff of the BALTDEFCOL and College Sergeant Major SGM Peeter Einbaum.

The delegation received a briefing on BALTDEFCOL’s history, vision and mission, structure, academic courses, main efforts and future developments. It was followed by a discussion of Professional Military Education issues with regard to the NCO’s training. The official part of the visit was concluded with a tour on the BALTDEFCOL’s premises.
