Thank you for considering attending the Baltic Defence College’s Cyber Defence Policy on National and International Levels Course (21-22/262/1)! The course dates are from 20 to 24 March, 2023, at the Tartu University library, Tartu, Estonia. 

We are excited to offer you this challenging and rewarding course. We are also excited for you to become part of the team amongst our Higher Command Studies Course, Civil Servants' Course and Joint Command and General Staff Course students. We hope this course enhances your professional skills and provides you with excellent knowledge, insights and experiences to take back to your command.

Registration: There are limited seats available and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register for the course HERE no later than March 6, 2023. Do not forget to indicate your preference for residential attendance in Tartu or virtual attendance. Please note that sending the request is not a guarantee of attending the course. We will send out notifications to all confirmed participants no later than March 13, 2023.  

Residential Course: For applicants that would like to participate in person at the Baltic Defence College, some additional information regarding accommodation and transportation (at your own organisation’s expense). You should plan on arriving in Tartu by Sunday, 19 March to support the course start Monday morning. We have blocked some rooms at the Dorpat hotel (51 €/one night, single; 58 €/one night, twin/double; price includes VAT, buffet breakfast, and parking).
