Preparations for CSELC 2022 have started

Throughout the test period from 2019 to 2021, the Command Senior Enlisted Leaders' Course (CSELC) has proved to be a high-quality product with high international demand. Starting from 2022, the trial period is over, and CSELC is becoming the permanent component of the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) academic portfolio.

This week, an international team that will prepare and deliver the CSELC 2022 is meeting in Tartu. CSELC graduates from Canada, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are working with the course details. Moreover, BALTDEFCOL is offering specific preparatory training to facilitate the job of selected graduates. Like in 2021, this training is provided in cooperation with US Air University. SGM Peeter Einbaum, the course director of CSELC, said: "The will and motivation of the CSELC graduates are remarkable. Readiness to support the College for the sake of fellow top non-commission officers (NCOs) is to be praised. It clearly indicates that the course quality is already widely recognized, and it has started to contribute to the international CSEL community." BALTDEFCOL wishes good luck to the team and looking forward to welcome CSELC 2022 already at early Autumn.

The aim of the CSELC is to prepare Command Senior Enlisted Leaders to effectively advise, support and, enhance strategic level Leadership’s decision making to meet anticipated political and security challenges within a dynamic and complex Baltic Sea regional environment.
