Visit by Mr Hanno Pevkur, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Estonia

On 19th September, the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) had the honour to host the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Estonia Mr Hanno Pevkur in the framework of the latter´s working visit to Tartu. 

The high level guest was welcomed by the Commandant of the BALTDEFCOL Brigadier General Ilmar Tamm, and members of the College Management Group.

During the meeting, the Minister was briefed about the College’s vision, mission and courses. The guest received a thorough overview of the latest educational developments in the College and its future perspectives. Brigadier General Ilmar Tamm thanked Estonia as the Host Nation of the College for the all-around support provided to the higher military educational institution.
