Technical Arrangement between Baltic Defence College and The National Defence University of Finland signed

The Commandant of the Baltic Defence College Bdegen Algis Vaiceliunas and The Commandant of the National Defence University of Finland Bdegen Pertti Salminen signed 21st November a Technical Arrangement between BDCOL and NDU.

In the Technical Arrangement the Participants decide to build upon their long lasting and well developed cooperation in various fields. They desire to further the academic objectives of each institution and to provide a basis for the future cooperation between the Participants. Also the Participants find to share common mission to educate military and civilian personnel.

During the visit to Helsinki delegation from the Baltic Defence College negotiated possibilities in practical cooperation whit the National Defence University of Finland. All the negotiations were held in open, friendly and creative atmosphere.
