Visit by General Raimund Schittenhelm

On March 10th, the Commandant of Austrian National Defence Academy, General Raimund Schittenhelm visited the Baltic Defence College. General Schittenhelm presented the opening address of Module IV (“ESDP in Regional Context”) of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) High Level Course held at the Baltic Defence College on 10-14 March 2008, and moderated the panel discussion: “’Frozen Conflicts’ as a Challenge of the ESDP”. During his visit to the College he had a meeting with Brigadier General Gundars Abols, the Commandant of the College.
