On 20th of June 2019, the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) will hold a Flag Inauguration and Joint Graduation Ceremony at the Vanemuine Theatre. The day will serve as a culmination point of the 20th Anniversary programme.
During the Flag Inauguration Ceremony, the City of Tartu will donate a new flag to the BALTDEFCOL, dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the College.
