Operations Planning Course 2019

Operations planning course (OPC19) is a BALTDEFCOL initiative aimed at staff officers and civilian equivalent from the Baltic states and partner nations.

During the course, the participants will learn to apply operational estimate methods, particularly Centre of Gravity analysis and Operational Design in order to define the operational-level problem and determine the necessary operational conditions to be achieved. Moreover, the participants are also introduced how to apply operational level planning methods, particularly War Gaming and Course of Action Comparison, in order to design, analyse and compare courses of action.
