Faculty Development Programme – learning through the academic year

On 26th of October, Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) conducted a Faculty Development session that is a part of Faculty Development Programme (FDP). FDP is designed to promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the Quality Management System. The programme covers all Professional Development activities throughout the academic year.

This time, our FDP continued with online teaching tools workshop. Ms Anna Beitane from the Johann Skytte Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu led an interactive workshop introducing several online teaching tools to improve the skills and competencies of the faculty members to help with blended learning. In the light of COVID-19, there was also an opportunity to participate via MSTeams.
