Lt Col William Ronald LaGrone is hereby given The Baltic Defence College Service Cross for valuable service as a member of the college directing staff responsible for military technology studies and especially for the full-hearted commitment to assist the students that has been a constant inspiration for the rest of the staff from 13 July 1999 to 29 May 2002.
