BALTDEFCOL CSM visiting US Air University

Baltic Defence College Command Sergeant Major/Course Director of the Command Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Course (CSELC) Peeter Einbaum is visiting Chiefs Leadership Academy, a component of the US Air University. The primary goal is to support the delivery of the Strategic Leader Course, the highest career course for US Air Force Enlisted Leaders, addressing the Strategic environment. Throughout the week, SGM Einbaum provides lectures to different audiences, engaging various entities at the University and offering mentorship to the course.

Moreover, the visit addresses the other active courses currently present at the school and enforces partnerships. Such collaboration is a logical continuation of the fruitful cooperation between the institutions that have lasted throughout the last few years.

The Commandant of the Chief Master Sergeant Leadership Academy, CMSgt Steven J. Hart, said “SGM Einbaum’s continued support and commitment to Air University’s Chief Master Sergeant Leadership Academy has brought a valued perspective in dealing with the uncertain and complex environment Chief Master Sergeants lead in today. His insights and knowledge are a testament to the importance of our partnerships around the globe. We look forward to continuing to develop this relationship and further the mutual educational benefit.”

Collaboration of the institutions has offered new opportunities for both counterparts, and the College is looking forward to keeping up the positive momentum achieved.
