On 19th June the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) will host the Change of Command Ceremony. The command of the BALTDEFCOL will officially be handed over from Latvia to Estonia. Major General Andis Dilans (LVA Army) will relinquish the command of the BALTDEFCOL to Brigadier General Ilmar Tamm (EST Army) on 19 June 2020 at 13h30 in the Main Hall of the Estonian Military Academy, Riia 12, Tartu.

Event will be honoured by the attendance of Ministers of (National) Defence of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and several distinguished visitors, including Chiefs of the Defence Forces of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, ambassadors and defence attachés of the countries represented at the College.

Estonian public media and Baltic states military media are warmly invited to join us on this significant event of the BALTDEFCOL. In light of COVID-19, Change of Command Ceremony will also be broadcasted via Microsoft Teams.
