Despite the overall COVID-19 situation in Europe, BALTDEFCOL is continuing its preparations for the delivery of Command Senior Enlisted Leaders' Course 2020 (CSELC).
For this purpose, the College is hosting the meeting of nucleus team to discuss the readiness for the course and to synchronize the efforts.
It is expected that around 15 course participants from 12 Nations will start their studies in an online mode already on the 7th of September. College is preparing to welcome the course participants in Tartu on 21th of September.
Course Director SGM Peeter Einbaum said in his opening remarks that COVID situation has not reduced the interest and the support towards CSELC and it provides a solid base for making CSELC 2020 another success.
CSELC 2020 is the second edition of the course delivered once per year. It is a format dedicated to the top Non-commissioned Officers (NCOs) for service on Strategic level alongside General and Flag Officers within a dynamic and complex Baltic Sea regional environment and beyond.
