On October 10, 2025, the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) hosted a delegation from the Canadian Army Command and Staff College (CACSC).

The visit was conducted as part of CACSC's regional research tour, which focuses on professional military education (PME) models and the vital topic of division-level warfighting. This engagement served to foster closer professional ties and facilitate an essential exchange of ideas between allied institutions.

A short presentation on Canada’s current efforts to return to division-level warfighting and the subsequent analysis of how best to prepare its officers within the existing PME structure provided valuable insights for BALTDEFCOL.
