Cooperation agreement with the International University Audentes

Baltic Defence College and the International University Audentes signed an agreement of cooperation on October 12 in Tallinn. The agreement was signed by the Commandant of the Baltic Defence College, Brigadier General Algis Vaičeliūnas, and Acting Rector of the IUA, Professor Peeter Müürsepp. The main aim of the agreement is to provide a framework for the exchange of academic staff and students, transfer of acadmic merit between the two institutions as well as for joint activities in research and education.

International University Audentes is the biggest private university in Estonia having students from all three Baltic states and other countries, with programmes in Estonian, Russian and English. This is the first cooperation agreement of the Baltic Defence College with a civilian university. It serves as an acknowledgement of the College's high academic standards and quality of education and also greatly enhances opportunities for the graduates of the BALTDEFCOL courses to pursue their further academic aspirations.
