Course Staff Workshop: Command Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Course 2025 Initial Planning Workshop on Preparations for CSELC 2025

While the rest of the college was busy with the Annual Conference on Russia 2025, an international team was meeting at Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) to start preparations for the Command Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Course (CSELC) 2025.

Graduates from Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania collaborated on the course details. The team focused on the course and concept, modules, lesson plans, and staff tasks.

CSM Alvydas Tamošiūnas, the director of CSELC, stated,

"This is the very first course staff meeting; all of them are graduates from four different iterations, which makes a perfect compilation of course evolution understanding. So, the first workshop lays down a foundation for working together towards common objectives and course delivery successes."

BG Alvydas Šiuparis, Commandant of BALTDEFCOL, met the workshop participants and wished them success in their endeavours.

The CSELC aims to prepare Command Senior Enlisted Leaders to effectively advise, support, and enhance strategic-level leadership’s decision-making to meet anticipated political and security challenges within a dynamic and complex Baltic Sea regional environment.

BALTDEFCOL wishes the team good luck and looks forward to welcoming CSELC 2025 in early autumn.
