Dr. Myriame Bollen

Visiting Professor / Leadership Studies

Myriame Bollen read social and organisational psychology at Leiden University. She wrote her dissertation on civil-military cooperation during humanitarian operations and obtained a doctorate in social sciences at the Department of Disaster Studies, Wageningen University.

She has been working as a lecturer and an associate professor Management & Organisation at the Royal Netherlands Military Academy since 1991. She is a member of the Board of the Faculty of Military Sciences at the Netherlands Defence Academy. She does research and publishes in the field of civil-military cooperation. Also she works as a trainer within the Dutch MoD to develop skills regarding leadership, cooperation and management of change.
