Graduation ceremony which closed High Command Studies Course 2006 took place yesterday, 14 December, in History Museum of Tartu University. Two Baltic ministers of national defence participated during the ceremony, Estonian Minister of Defence H.E. Mr. Jürgen Ligi and H.E. Lithuanian Minister of National Defence Mr. Juozas Olekas. Also, amongst respectful guests we had ambassadors from Poland, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Serbia and Switzerland.
