On the 7th of February the graduation ceremony of the second Civil Servants Course took place at the Baltic Defence College. BG Michael H. Clemmesen welcomed the graduates, the national representatives, and staff members. Chancellor Indrek Kannik, Estonian Ministry of Defence, and State Secretary Edgars Rinkevics, Latvian Ministry of Defence delivered a graduation speech. After the ceremony the Estonian Ministry of Defence hosted a reception.
