Inauguration of the new premises of NATO StratCom COE

The Commandant of the Baltic Defence College, MG Vaikšnoras along with other distinguished quests and speakers, participated in the conference „The Riga StratCom Dialogue: Perception Matters“ on 20^th – 21^th August in Riga, Latvia. The first high-level conference organized by NATO StratCom Centre Of Excellence, that also marked the inauguration of the new premises of the Centre, was designed to discuss and share the expertise on topical strategic communications issues.

BALTDEFCOL considers the NATO StratCom Centre Of Excellence in Riga an important partner with whom a well-planned long-term and strategic cooperation will serve mutual interests as well as benefits. BALTDEFCOL and the NATO StratCom COE signed a Letter of Intent on Cooperation on 13th April 2015.
