Lecture by Dr Artis Pabriks

On 12 October Dr Artis Pabriks, former Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Latvia from 2004 to 2007, visited the BALTDEFCOL.

Dr Pabriks delivered a lecture on "NATO, NATOS´s relationship to EU, Baltic States" to the students of the Joint Command and General Staff Course 2010/2011.
The distinguished speaker has during the visit to the BALTDEFCOL also meeting with the BALTDEFCOL Commandant BG Gundars Abols.
