Lecturer in Joint Air Operations
Lt Col Helm-Rosin has served for 24 years in the Estonian Armed Forces Air Force. He has been an operator, staff officer and department director. He holds a MS in Operational Art and Science from Air University, Alabama. His master thesis focused on the Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles as a dominant power over the future’s battlespace. Prior to taking up the position as a lecturer of Joint Air Operations at the Baltic Defence College, Lt Col Helm-Rosin was a head of Training and Education department in Estonian Air Force with the main task of planning and executing multinational Joint and Air exercises. His previous positions also include Chief of Operations of Air Surveillance Wing as well as Control and Reporting Post. Areas of Expertise:
