NATO exercise Cyber Coalition 2014 – Distinguished Visitors 

Baltic Defence College was honoured by a visit of NATO exercise Cyber Coalition 2014 delegation on 19 November.

Major General Vitaljus Vaikšnoras welcomed a distinguished visitors group in the framework of this year´s NATO Cyber Coalition exercise, among them the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Estonia, H.E. Richard Kadlčák, Major General Mels de Zeeuw, NATO Allied Command Transformation´s ACOS C4ISR & NNEC, Mr. Mihkel Tikk, Director of the Cyber Policy Department in the Estonian Ministry of Defence as well as representatives from NATO HQ´s, SHAPE and the Irish and Swiss missions to NATO. 

Colonel Axel Pfaffenroth, Deputy Commandant and Chief of Staff BALTDEFCOL familiarized the visitors with the College´s Mission and tasks, it´s annual Cyber Conference and in particular with the Cyber-related parts of it´s education, research and development on the operational and strategic level.
