After two successful courses, BALTDEFCOL will conduct its third “Senior Leaders´ Course” (SLC) from 29th November – 6th December 2017 first time outside Tartu, our hometown. This year, the course has moved to Riga, which aims to enhance our presence in the Baltic capitals, making the College and its educational process more visible. It is additionally giving more opportunities for SLC course participants to explore the region.
The aim of this strategic course is to empower senior leaders to better contemplate future challenges by improving their strategic vision and enhancing their capacity to better lead and manage their respective institutions. It will provide a forum for creating and exchanging new ideas and facilitate the establishment of mutually beneficial networks.
