On 5 August the Joint Command and Staff Course (JCSC) and the Colonels Course (CC) will commence - the Civil Servant Course (CSC) commence 17 September. 51 students will join the JCSC and 6 course members the CC. The CSC is due to consist of 12 students. The nationalities can be found under respective courses. The College has received some new staff members who are presented along with the whole staff on this webpage.

The college and it's members are looking forward to meet all new students and can promise a very interesting (and hard working) year 2003-04. The Graduation will take place 22 June 2004 for all courses in Tartu.
