Visit by BrigGen Timothy Hilty

On 13th of June, the Baltic Defence College had the honor of hosting BrigGen Tim Hilty, Director of the Pennsylvania National Guard’s Joint Staff.  

The visit provided BG Hilty with an enhanced understanding of the academic environment and quality of life of Officers and families attending the Joint Command and General Staff Course. “The Pennsylvania National Guard, with its rich tradition and history, has been an enduring State Partner to the Baltic States, and it is our hope to one day have a National Guard Officer as part of our Joint Course,” said BrigGen Meelis Kiili.
