Visit by British Ambassador to Estonia

British Ambassador to Estonia H.E. Mr Christopher Holtby visited the BALTDEFCOL on 13 March.

H.E. Christopher Holtby, accompanied by the 1st Secretary of UK Embassy in Tallinn Ms Paula Harrison, had a meeting with the BALTDEFCOL Commandant MG Vitalijus Vaikšnoras (LTU A) and part of the College Management Group consisting of Deputy Commandant/Chief of Staff COL Ingemar Gustafsson (SWE A), Director of Higher Command Studies Course COL Andrej Boicisin (LTU AF) and Director of Joint Command and General Staff Course/Civil Servant Course COL Mark Derber (US A). During the meeting the BALTDEFCOL representatives gave the British delegation a thorough briefing about the BALTDEFCOL, its courses, and various aspects of British involvement in the BALTDEFCOL in the future were discussed.

H.E. Mr Christopher Holtby OBE was appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia in January 2012.
