Visit by Commander Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum

BALTDEFCOL was honoured by the visit of Commander Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum General Hans-Lothar Domröse on 25 March 2014.

General Hans-Lothar Domröse paid a visit to BALTDEFCOL during which the high level guest was welcomed by BALTDEFCOL Commandant MG Vitalijus Vaikšnoras and part of College Management Group consisting of Deputy Commandant/Chief of Staff COL Ingemar Gustafsson, Course HCSC COL Igors Rajevs and Course Director JCGSC/CSC.

During the meeting College Management gave the NATO General a thorough overview of BALTDEFCOL, its courses, history, initiatives and future plans.

General Domröse delivered also a lecture to the audience of the students of Tartu University and Baltic Defence College on “NATO'S Core Tasks from a Military Operational Perspective” at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education of Tartu University.
