Visit by Lithuanian Minister of Defence and Minister of Foreign Affairs

Baltic Defence College team was honoured by a visit of Mr Juozas Olekas, Lithuanian Minister of National Defence, Mr Linas Linkevičius, Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Neilas Tankevicius, Ambassador of Lithuania to Estonia and Mr Donatas Augulis, Adviser to the Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs on the 17th of June 2014.

High level guests were welcomed by the Baltic Defence College Commandant Major General Vitalijus Vaikšnoras.

During the meeting the Commandant familiarized the Ministers with present and the future development plans, educational aims, courses and other activities of the College.

The high level delegation will participate in a formal ceremony naming Baltic Defence College tactical trainer after H.Haekkerup and afterwards the Joint Command and General Staff Course and the Civil Servants Course graduation ceremony 2013-2014 on 18th of June.
