On February 28th, historian and former Prime Minister of Estonia, Mr. Mart Laar visited the Baltic Defence College. Mr. Laar gave a lecture “Historical overview on resistance in Baltic States” which was addressed to Joint Command and General Staff Course (JCGSC) and to Civil Servants Course (CSC). The lecture was followed by office call at the Commandant’s Office, where Commandant and Mr. Laar discussed the importance and need to develop a joint military history project of the three Baltic countries.
