Visit by Mr Mikk Marran, Permanent Secretary of Defence of the Estonian Ministry of Defence

On Friday, January 28 Mr Mikk Marran, the Permanent Secretary of Defence of the Estonian Ministry of Defence, accompanied by Kerstin Laidmäe, assistant to the Permanent Secretary, and Mari Kruus, Deputy Director of International Co-operation Department at the Ministry of Defence, had a meeting with BALTDEFCOL Commandant BG Meelis Kiili and Deputy Commandant COL Ingemar Gustafsson. As Mr Marran was appointed to the position on 01.01.2011 it was his first visit to the College and its purpose was to familiarize himself with BALTDEFCOL and discuss its future challenges, including the development of Host Nation Support.
