Visit by Multinational Corps Northeast

On the 8th of June 2011 Baltic Defence College was visited by the delegation of the Multinational Corps Northeast including the Chief of Staff of the MNC NE, BG Morten Danielsson, and the Chief of Policy Branch, LtCol Volker Quante. The aim of the visit was to discuss the reestablishment and development of mutual cooperation. To do that, both parties gave an overview of their lines of activities and future objectives, and then discussed the coinciding features in their activities and possibilities for cooperation. The outcome of the meeting was that both parties will think about the information received and will form a common working group in August-September to reinforce the effective relationship between the BALTDEFCOL and MNC NE.
