Visit by Rector of National Defence Academy of Georgia

The BALTDEFCOL was honored by the visit of Mr. Zurab Agladze, the Rector of the National Defence Academy (NDA) of Georgia on 7 March.

Mr. Zurab Agladze, accompanied by Vice-Rector Mr. Erekle Chigogidze, and Head of International Relations Division Ms. Natia Gvenetadze, had a meeting with BALTDEFCOL Commandant MG Vitalijus Vaikšnoras and part of the BALTDEFCOL Management Group consisting of Dean Dr James S. Corum, Course Director of JCGSC/CSC, Course Director of HCSC COL Igors Rajevs, and Head of Commandant´s Office MAJ Vilius Zagurskis. 

The Georgian delegation was briefed on BALTDEFCOL and its courses. The meeting provided to BALTDEFCOL and the Georgian NDA an excellent opportunity to exchange views and ideas about the future cooperation between the two academic institutions. 

The programme continued with a meeting with Georgian students attending the JCGSC 2013/2014 and a visit to BALTDEFCOL dormitories.
