Visit by the School of Advanced Military Studies delegation

Within the framework of military education collaboration between Estonia and USA, a high-ranking delegation from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) visited the Baltic Defence College on 5th September.

High level guests were welcomed by BALTDEFCOL Commandant, Major General Vitalijus Vaikšnoras. Deputy Commandant, COL Axel Pfaffenroth briefed guests about BALTDEFCOL and its courses.

Afterwards the delegation, consisting of USA, CAN, UK, GER officers and civilians, held discussions with the faculty and students about Contemporary Operational Environment, security situation in the region and the value of bilateral cooperation.
