Visit of Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) for Allied Command Operations (ACO)

Today, the Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) for Allied Command Operations (ACO) visited the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL). The visit marks a significant event in fostering cooperation and exchange of expertise between allied military forces.

The Commandant of the BALTDEFCOL, Brigadier General Alvydas Šiuparis and his delegation extended the warm welcome, introducing the BALTDEFCOL and its Command Senior Enlisted Leaders' Course (CSELC).

During the visit, discussions revolved around the CSELC delivery concept, which serves as a framework for imparting leadership and strategic skills to enlisted personnel. The presentation of the outlook for CSELC in the coming years, including plans for 2024 and 2025, indicates a forward-looking approach to training and development within the allied forces.

Notable alumni of CSELC were highlighted, recognising individual achievements and underscoring the program's effectiveness in grooming capable leaders who contribute to the collective defence efforts of allied nations.
