Visit of Georgian delegation

 

On 18-20. April, a Georgian delegation visited Baltic Defence College. The delegation included Mr Andro Barnovi, the Rector of the National Defence Academy of Training and Military Education Command and Col Grigol Tatishvili, the Defence Attaché of Georgia to the Republics of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

 

The main intention of the visit was to gain information about the officers education system in Estonia in order to benchmark and develop the Georgian National Defence University. The Course Directors gave the delegation a detailed briefing on their courses and on the 20th of April the Georgians also visited the ENDC. The delegation had a meeting with both the Commandant of the BALTDEFCOL, BG Meelis Kiili and  the Commandant of the ENDC and they also met with LtCol Riho Ühtegi, who is the next Defence Attaché of Estonia to Georgia.
