On February 5th, 2024, Major General Mark Pullan, Deputy Chief of Staff Plans, Allied Joint Command HQ Brunssum, visited the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL).

The delegation of the BALTDEFCOL COL Dietmar Hartung (DEU AF), Dr Zdzislaw Sliwa, Dean, COL Toomas Möls (EST A) Director DMS welcomed Major General Mark Pullan. During his visit, he met with the students of the Joint Command and General Staff Course (JCGSC) and gave a lecture on “Leading new NATO strategy of plans”.
