On 6 November, Major General Mark Pullan visited the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL), meeting with the Commandant, Brigadier General Alvydas Šiuparis, and delivering a lecture on "Leading New NATO Strategy of Plans" to students of the Joint Command and General Staff Course (JCGSC) 2024-2025 and Civil Servants Course (CSC) 2024-2025.
In a presentation followed by a Q&A session, Major General Mark Pullan shared insights into NATO’s evolving strategic objectives and operational readiness. His talk highlighted the alliance’s commitment to unified responses in today’s complex security environment, emphasizing the importance of strategic coherence and joint leadership.
