On 21st November, Admiral Miguel A. Fernández y Fernández, Spanish Navy, visited the College. He was accompanied by Lieutenant General Johannes Kert, the Estonian Military Representative, who had taken the initiative to the visit. It gave a most useful chance to discuss the way the College might contribute to the work of ACT.
