Visit of the Commander of Multinational Corps Northeast

The Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) was honoured by the visit of LTG Boguslav Samol, the Commander of Multinational Corps Northeast on 27 November.

The high level guest had an office call with BALTDEFFCOL Commandant Major General Vitalijus Vaikšnoras. MG Vaikšnoras expressed his gratitude to LTG Boguslav Samol for the visit and cooperation.

LTG Boguslav Samol, the Commander of Multinational Corps Northeast was briefed on BALTDEFCOL courses and activities by COL Axel Pfaffenroth, the Deputy Commandant/Chief of Staff. COL Remigijus Baltrenas, the Director of Joint Command and General Staff Course and  COL Igors Rajevs, the Course Director of Higher Command Study Course participated at the meeting as well. The meeting followed by active discussion and provided both parties with an excellent opportunity to exchange views and ideas about current and future engagements.

The programme at the College continued with LTG Bogusław Samol`s exceptional lecture on "Development of MNC NE in the Current Operational Environment" to the officers of the JCGSC.
