Tartu, Estonia – The Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) is pleased to announce its Annual Conference on Russia 2025, titled "Strategic Pathways to Ending the Russo-Ukrainian War," which will take place on 6–7 March 2025 at VSpa Hotel & Conference Centre in Tartu, Estonia.
