On September 18, Rear Admiral Massimiliano Rossi, Chief of Staff at NATO SOFCOM, visited the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL). 

During his visit, Rear Admiral Rossi held an office call with BALTDEFCOL Commandant Brigadier General Alvydas Šiuparis and attended Syndicate Presentations on Historical Case Studies (Relative Superiority). The visit concluded with a lecture by RADM Rossi titled "NATO SOF Overview," delivered to students of the Joint Command and General Staff Course (JCGSC) 2024-2025 and the Civil Servants' Course (CSC) 2024-2025.
