On 16 September, the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) welcomed the Command Senior Enlisted Leaders' Course (CSELC) 2024 participants.
This year’s cohort comprises 24 participants from 17 nations, reflecting a rich multinational diversity. Graduates from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will serve as Module Coordinators, while Denmark will provide Senior Mentor support for the first time. The course spans approximately three months and includes four modules, such as ‘Strategic Leadership,’ ‘National Security,’ and ‘International Security,’ delivered through a blended online and in-person learning approach.
The Supervisors' Fair was also held as part of the course activities, allowing participants to meet their supervisors, discuss research topics, and receive guidance for their academic projects throughout the course.
BALTDEFCOL Commandant Brigadier General Alvydas Šiuparis greeted the students during the welcome meeting. The BALTDEFCOL family welcomes all CSELs and wishes them a successful and enriching academic experience!
