GEN (ret) Joachim Spiering decorated with BALTDEFCOL Medal of Merit

On 8 December the BALTDEFCOL Commandant BG Gundars Abols awarded the BALTDEFCOL Medal of Merit to GEN (ret) Joachim Spiering.

The BALTDEFCOL Visiting Senior Mentor was decorated with the BALTDEFCOL Medal of Merit Gold Class for his outstanding support to the development of the BALTDEFCOL and contribution to the Higher Command Studies Course (HCSC) and Joint Command and General Staff Course (JCGSC) since year 2004. The official decoration ceremony was attended by the BALTDEFCOL staff members and students of the HCSC 2010.
