BALTDEFCOL Staff Development Programme For AY 2024/2025 Concluded

At the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL), we believe that excellence in education is driven by continuous improvement and the dedication of our staff to professional growth. This belief is embodied in our Staff Development Programme, which is critical in ensuring that we maintain the highest education standards and support for our students.

From 29 July to 10 August 2024, BALTDEFCOL conducted a comprehensive Staff Development Programme designed to prepare our staff for the upcoming academic year 2024/2025 while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

During this period, the staff participated in various activities to strengthen their professional capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment. Highlights included the "One Family" workshop led by Paul Sewell of the Joint Warfare Centre (JWC), which focused on enhancing team cohesion and effective communication within our diverse staff. Additionally, staff engaged in an "Introducing Estonia" trip to North East Estonia, which provided valuable insights into the local culture and context, further enriching their understanding of their work environment.

The BALTDEFCOL family is thrilled about the upcoming academic year 2024/2025. We look forward to welcoming students on August 12, when we celebrate the opening of the Joint Command and General Staff Course (JCGSC) 2024/2025 and Civil Servants' Course (CSC) 2024/2025!
